Bienvenue chez OR-Rentals Morocco. Les présentes Conditions Générales s'appliquent à toutes les locations de véhicules effectuées dans nos agences ou via notre plateforme en ligne. En procédant à une réservation, vous acceptez pleinement ces conditions.

1. Rental Requirements

Pour louer un véhicule chez OR-Rentals Morocco, le conducteur principal ainsi que tout conducteur additionnel doivent répondre aux exigences suivantes :

• Be at least 21 years old. (Note: A "young driver" surcharge may apply for renters under 25).
• Hold a valid driver's license for more than one year (1 year minimum).
• Present a valid ID (National Identity Card for residents, or Passport for foreigners).

2. Payment and Deposit

Payment of the estimated rental amount is required when picking up the vehicle. In addition, a deposit (deductible) is mandatory at pick-up. This deposit must be made by credit card (in the main driver's name). The amount is blocked (pre-authorization) on your credit card and depends on the rented vehicle's category. The deposit is refunded at the end of the rental if no damage or failure is noted.

3. Insurance

All our vehicles are rented with comprehensive insurance including a deductible.

• Basic insurance: Covers civil liability, fire and theft of the vehicle with a deductible remaining at your expense in the event of an at-fault accident or without an identified third party.
• Deductible waiver options: We offer complementary insurance at the counter to partially or totally reduce (zero deductible) your financial responsibility in case of an accident.

Note: Damage to tires, rims, underbody, or loss of keys are generally not covered by basic insurance.

4. Vehicle Return

The renter agrees to return the vehicle to the agreed agency, on the dates and times specified in the contract. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pick-up. Otherwise, the missing fuel will be billed at the current rate plus a refueling service fee.

A delay of more than 2 hours upon return will result in the billing of an additional rental day.
